25 – 7400 A output current digital controller, for both one and four quadrant models Mentor MP DC drive

 

  • modular digital drive, for one- and two-way models
  • current loop regulation algorithm
  • optoisolated RS485 port allows easy communication with PLC
  • built-in spindle positioning controller
  • electronic field controller, simple PLC control unit, 3 sockets for expansion modules

Specification

  • Main power supply:  3*24 to 480 V, 3*500 to 575 V, 3*500 to 690 V AC
  • Maximum DC voltage: 760 V (for 690 V AC supply voltage)
  • Rated current:  25 to 7400 A (maximum current of one module – 1850 A)
  • Auxiliary power:  208 to 480 V AC
  • Maximum field current: 8 or 20 A

Options

  • External FXMP25 field controller (25 A) – controlled and programmed digitally from Mentor MP or in standalone mode (using integrated keypad/display)
  • Options to select operating configuration (19 modules)
