Type-G DC motors
G-series direct current motors are manufactured as separately excited motors in three versions:
- multimoto direct current motor
- with external natural air circulation and with protection degree IP23 – type “G” and “GF”
- with own natural air circulation and with protection degree IP44 – type “GE”
- with no natural air circulation and with protection degree IP44 –type “GK”
All types of motors in this series are manufactured with insulation class F, which allows to achieve very good electrical parameters in a small-size device. The external natural air circulation is provided by blowers mounted on the motors. In motors type “G”, these are radial blowers mounted on the top or on the side of the motor, while in motors type “GF”, these are axial blowers mounted on the motor axis in the rear. The motors are manufactured in foot-mounted flange construction, or in standard foot-mounted construction. The motors meet the requirements of PN-88/E-06701 standard and the requirements of relevant foreign standards.
G-series direct current motors are suitable for powering from thyristor converters type DML, Mentor II, Mentor MP.
