RTE is a hanging LV transformer switchgear designed to power LV devices. It can be used in urban transformer stations adapted for use only by authorised persons.

Options
Possible operation in TN-S, TN-C, TN-C-S, TT, IT network systems.
The switchgear can be powered directly or through the main disconnector.
The main apparatus can be:
- linear switch disconnector
- rotary switch disconnector
- fuse disconnector
- or other apparatus after prior consultation with the manufacturer
On outgoing lines, RTE can be equipped with:
- linear switch disconnectors
- linear fuse blocks
- other after prior consultation with the construction department
In addition, the switchgear can be equipped with:
- area lighting element
- capacitor to compensate transformer idling
- surge protection
