Features and application
The circuit breaker with its accessories is located on APU 30 sliding bracket and works with a plug connector base on the supporting structure of the switchgear. The kit can be inserted into the base using a lever.
Control circuits are routed to a terminal block and plug-in terminals. Control circuits are protected with 6 A fuses.
APA 30 circuit breaker in withdrawable version is used to connect operating currents and protect LV electrical circuits against the effects of overloads and short circuits. The circuit breaker can be additionally equipped with surge arrester, e.g. V NH00 280, mounted on 00 fuse block. It replaces withdrawable APU 30 circuit breaker. Due to the use of a frame for APU 30 circuit breaker, the replacement is quick, safe and does nor require modifications of the switchgear.
